What we collect, why we need it, who helps us handle it, and how you can see or delete it.

In simple words
- We collect only what we need to register you, run your classes and answer your questions.
- We never sell your details. We run no advertising and no tracking cookies.
- A few trusted providers handle data for us: our database and file storage, our email service, our website hosting, and an AI service only when our assistant is switched on.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
Who we are
Ai-LaunchPad Academy is an independent academy that teaches the Agentic AI Foundation training program in live online classes. This page explains how we handle your details on this website and in our classes. For any question, contact us with the details at the end of this page.
What we collect
- When you register: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, your preferred class time (morning or evening), your experience with AI, and the moment you agreed to this page.
- When you pay: the payment receipt you upload (a picture or a PDF), the payment method, the amount and the payment reference you give us.
- During the course: which group you joined, the title and link of your final project, and your certificate (your name, the course and the date).
- When a company asks about training: the company name, the contact person's name, job title, email and phone number, the group size, the wished format, topics and timing, and the message.
- When you sign in to My class: your email address, to send you a one time sign in link.
- When you use our AI assistant: questions it answers are not stored. Questions it could not answer are kept for 30 days so we can improve our answers, with emails, phone numbers and long numbers removed first.
- To stop abuse: we count how often forms are sent from one network address or browser session. We store only a scrambled one way code (not the address itself), and the counts are deleted after 2 days.

- to answer your questions and company training inquiries
- to issue your certificate and let others check that it is genuine
- to improve the answers of our assistant

Who handles data for us
These providers process data only to run this website for us:
- Supabase: our database and the private storage for payment receipts.
- Resend: sends our emails (confirmations, class links, reminders).
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Anthropic: the AI service behind our assistant, used only when the assistant is switched on. It receives the question with personal details removed first.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not show advertising and do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not use your details for anything other than the reasons on this page.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We use only cookies that are needed for signing in. They cannot be read by scripts on the page and are sent only to this website.
- My class sign in: keeps a student signed in. It ends after 7 days without use or when you sign out.
- Admin sign in: for our team only. It ends after 8 hours without use.
- Assistant chat: while you chat with our assistant, the conversation is kept in this browser tab only (session storage) and is gone when you close the tab or start a new chat.
How long we keep it
- Registrations and payment details: To be announced

- Company inquiries: To be announced
- Certificates: as long as the certificate is valid, so it can be checked
- Assistant questions it could not answer: 30 days
- Abuse counters: 2 days
Children
Learners aged 12 and above can join. Learners under 18 need the permission of a parent or guardian, who can contact us at any time about their child's details.
Your choices and how to ask
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Send us an email from the address you registered with. We may ask a simple question to make sure the request is really yours.
When we delete a registration we remove your name, email, WhatsApp number and receipt files, and keep only amounts, dates and status for our accounts. If you have a certificate, we withdraw it, because it can no longer be checked. How quickly we reply: To be announced.
How we protect your details
Only our team can see registrations, and their sign in needs a second step with an authenticator app. Payment receipts are kept in private storage and open only through short lived links for our team. All pages are sent over secure connections, personal details are removed before a question goes to an AI service, and we check the website's security regularly.
What a certificate check shows
Each certificate has a code. Anyone with the code can check it on this website. The check shows only your name, the course and the date it was issued, never your phone number, email or anything else.
Changes to this page
When we change how we handle details, we update this page and the date at the top.
